1.About Croctoberfest Belize

Croctoberfest Belize is an annual arts, music, culture, and community festival hosted by:

Crocs Sunset Sports Bar & Grill
1 Mile North of the Bridge, ½ Mile South of Truck Stop
San Pedro, Ambergris Caye, Belize

The festival may include live music performances, cultural demonstrations, food and beverage vendors, family activities, contests, exhibitions, and other entertainment.

2.Ticket Purchases

All ticket sales are processed securely through approved payment providers, including WooPayments, PayPal, and other authorized payment processors.

By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method provided.
• All information submitted is accurate and complete.
• You understand that ticket availability is limited and subject to change.

Ticket prices are displayed in the currency listed at checkout and may be subject to taxes, processing fees, or other applicable charges.

3.Ticket Policy

General Admission Tickets

General Admission tickets provide access to designated festival areas during festival operating hours.

VIP Tickets

VIP tickets may include additional amenities such as:

• Exclusive viewing areas
• Dedicated bars or service areas
• Meet-and-greet opportunities (when available)
• Other advertised VIP benefits

VIP benefits are subject to change based on artist availability, safety requirements, weather conditions, or operational needs.

4.Refunds and Cancellations

Tickets

All ticket sales are final.

Tickets are generally non-refundable except under the following circumstances:

• Festival cancellation by the organizer.
• Duplicate purchases due to payment processing errors.
• Other situations required by applicable law.

If the festival is postponed or rescheduled, tickets may remain valid for the new date.

Refund requests, if applicable, must be submitted in writing to the festival organizers within thirty (30) days of the announced cancellation.

Service fees, processing fees, and payment processor fees may be non-refundable.

5.Festival Lineup and Schedule Changes

Artists, performers, attractions, vendors, schedules, and advertised activities are subject to change without notice.

No refunds will be issued due to:

• Artist cancellations
• Lineup changes
• Schedule adjustments
• Vendor changes
• Weather-related modifications
• Attraction closures

The purchase of a ticket is for access to the event and not any specific performer or activity.

6.Merchandise Sales

We may sell festival merchandise through our website, including but not limited to:

• Apparel
• Hats
• Accessories
• Souvenirs
• Promotional items

Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

Colors, designs, sizes, and materials may vary slightly from photographs.

7.Merchandise Returns and Exchanges

Merchandise may be eligible for exchange or replacement if:

• The wrong item was shipped.
• The item arrives damaged.
• The item contains a manufacturing defect.

Requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of delivery.

Items must be unused and in original condition.

Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by Croctoberfest Belize.

8.Assumption of Risk

Attendance at the festival involves inherent risks.

By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to:

• Crowds
• Noise levels
• Weather conditions
• Slips, trips, and falls
• Food allergies
• Recreational activities
• Inflatable attractions
• Sporting activities
• Transportation risks

Attendees participate at their own risk.

9.Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Croctoberfest Belize, Crocs Sunset Sports Bar & Grill, its owners, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, sponsors, vendors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Personal injury
• Property damage
• Lost or stolen items
• Delayed performances
• Travel disruptions
• Event interruptions
• Incidental or consequential damages

Attendees agree to release and hold harmless the festival organizers from claims arising from participation in the event.

10.Weather Policy

Croctoberfest Belize is generally a rain-or-shine event.

Activities may be modified, delayed, relocated, or canceled due to:

• Rain
• Tropical storms
• Hurricanes
• Lightning
• Flooding
• Public safety concerns

No refunds will be issued for weather-related interruptions unless the entire festival is canceled by the organizers.

11.Photography, Video, and Media Release

By entering the festival grounds, attendees grant Croctoberfest Belize permission to photograph, film, record, and otherwise capture their image, likeness, voice, and appearance.

These recordings may be used for:

• Marketing
• Advertising
• Social media
• Promotional videos
• Future festival materials

No compensation shall be owed for such use.

12.Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to behave respectfully.

The festival reserves the right to remove any attendee without refund for:

• Disorderly conduct
• Harassment
• Violence
• Threatening behavior
• Illegal activity
• Excessive intoxication
• Possession of prohibited items
• Failure to follow instructions from festival staff or security

13.Prohibited Items

The following items may be prohibited:

• Illegal drugs
• Weapons
• Fireworks
• Explosives
• Laser pointers
• Unauthorized drones
• Outside alcohol
• Hazardous materials
• Any item deemed unsafe by event security

All attendees may be subject to security screening before entry.

14.Children and Family Activities

Certain areas of the festival may include children's attractions and family activities.

Parents and guardians remain solely responsible for supervising minors at all times.

Participation in children's attractions is at the parent's or guardian's own risk.

15.Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, branding, graphics, photographs, videos, and promotional materials are the property of Croctoberfest Belize or their respective owners and may not be reproduced without written permission.

16.Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt unauthorized access to website systems.
• Interfere with website operations.
• Upload malicious software or harmful content.

We reserve the right to suspend access to users who violate these Terms.

17.Payment Processing

Payments are securely processed through third-party providers including WooPayments and PayPal.

Croctoberfest Belize does not store full credit card information.

Payment processing is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable payment processor.

19.Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belize.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or participation in Croctoberfest Belize shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Belize.
